Return and shipping policy

Shipping time 
We always ship your products on the same day if you order before 14:00, if your order was placed after 14:00 we will send it the next day. 
The shipping and delivery process may take from 1 to 4  working days.


RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date you receive it. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at mj.majdoulin@gmail.com
If there is a defect in the product, we will bear the shipping costs and we will send a response notice with a shipping label in the email which you made your purchase from. However, if you want to return the product for personal reasons, you will bear the shipping costs.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method when you ship your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-3 working days to appear on your bank account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS
The following services/products cannot be returned or exchanged:
    ●     Broken products due to improper opening spent, Products that have been consumed, all internal services at the center, laser and skin rejuvenation services, and all other services are non-refundable.

For defective or damaged products, please get in touch with us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
    ●     The product must be returned in its original packaging. It must not have been consumed or opened from the packaging. The product must be in good condition upon receipt.
